Maintenance Technician Position Available In DeSoto, Mississippi

Maintenance Technician Olive Branch Solutions 10745 Marina Dr, Olive Branch, MS 38654 Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of machinery, equipment, and facility systems by performing troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues. Diagnose electrical problems, including control systems and PLCs. Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities and inventory. Work with VFDs, motors, sensors, and mechanical drive systems. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair control circuits, PLCs, and VFDs. Experience with CMMS software is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Frequent lifting of up to 85 lbs. Standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods. Exposure to loud noise, dust, and seasonal temperature changes.
