The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance, plumbing, make ready, carpentry, and HVAC. The Maintenance Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all units and common areas are in good working order and meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance task such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs Respond to maintenance requests from residents and management in a timely and professional manner Perform make-ready tasks to prepare units for new residents Perform carpentry work such as installing cabinets, shelves, and doors perform HVAC repairs and maintenance Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with local building with local building codes and regulations Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in maintenance, plumbing, make ready, carpentry, and HVAC Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed
