Job Brief:
- We are looking for a skilled
- Maintenance Worker
- to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to apartments and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.

Job Duties:
- Basic Plumbing
- Electrical work and repair
- Sheetrook and painting
- A/C troubleshooting
- Inspect and appliance troubleshooting
- Conduct tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Check contral panels
- Perfom minor fixes: broken locks, filling gaps in walls etc
- Report to property manager

- Experience using electrical tools and the abilty to reach tech manauals. Very good communicationand interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of

- Working hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am
