What You’ll Do (Besides Be the Hero of the Day): Keep commercial HVAC systems in top shape (diagnostics, repairs, maintenance—you know the drill) Travel to multiple facilities with a company-provided truck and gas card Tackle plumbing, lighting, fire/life safety, BAS systems, and more Perform preventive maintenance and handle emergency calls as needed Keep detailed records, track work orders, and help streamline facility operations Stay sharp on safety standards and never miss a beat when it comes to compliance What You Bring to the

Table:

5-7 years of hands-on HVAC experience (commercial/industrial preferred) EPA 608 Universal Certification (Type III required) High school diploma or GED A valid driver’s license and clean driving record Solid troubleshooting skills (you’re the kind of person who fixes things others give up on) Familiarity with CMMS, Word, Excel, and building systems Willingness to be part of a rotating on-call schedule—because you’re dependable like that

Pay Details:
