5-7 years of hands-on HVAC experience (commercial/industrial preferred) EPA 608 Universal Certification (Type III required) High school diploma or GED A valid driver’s license and clean driving record Solid troubleshooting skills (you’re the kind of person who fixes things others give up on) Familiarity with CMMS, Word, Excel, and building systems Willingness to be part of a rotating on-call schedule—because you’re dependable like that

Pay Details:
