About the Position Second-level vocational worker accountable for performing a variety of basic and some semi-skilled work in the alteration, maintenance, and repair of state buildings and facilities. At this level, employees work in and have basic knowledge of a variety of trade areas including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and mechanical repair in settings such as facilities and grounds. May oversee a crew engaged in related activities.
