The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong mechanical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and safety of our environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks. Fabricate and install components as needed to support facility operations. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues and recommend solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance. Execute residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic standards. Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall facility performance. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
