Maintenance Person Reunion Golf and Country Club Madison, MS 39110 Reunion Golf and Country Club has an exciting opportunity in Building Maintenance. The ideal candidate for this position will have a professional and courteous demeanor, be detail-oriented, have strong interpersonal skills and exhibit a high standard of service in a private club environment. Building Maintenance Team Members prepare the club property for daily use and maintain a safe, sanitary and aesthetically pleasing environment. To be successful in this role you should be willing to work with a team, have a high quality standard and exhibit personal pride in the work that you perform. You will support daily operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests. A sample of duties include, but are not limited to: Minor maintenance and cleaning on club buildings and grounds Routine property inspections for damage, wear, and cleanliness. Repairs or corrections made as needed Basic skills in carpentry and use of hand and power tools Minor plumbing repairs Patch, prep, and paint walls, ceilings, furniture, etc. Minor repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC system (clean, replace filters, etc.) Set up for events (set up and take down tent, set up furniture and equipment) Assemble new furniture and equipment Clean all drains and garbage disposals in the clubhouse weekly Weekend work required This position reports directly to the Building Maintenance Engineer.
