MUST be profession in appearance and conduct. The candidate for this position should have 1 or more trade skills. Must have a strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting and sheetrock repair and safety awareness. Must be organized with good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Responsibilities will include the day to day building repair, preventative maintenance and life safety programs of the facility. Nursing Home Experience is a PLUS! MUST have a current valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
