SUMMARY:
Performs Multi-Craft facility maintenance including Electrical, PLC, controls, pneumatics, mechanical, machining, and fabrication work on all manufacturing equipment. Duties include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and controls troubleshooting, repair and installation of various equipment. Proactively maintains all plant mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment – electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, controlsTroubleshoot/program drives, controllers, and scale unitsMachining/fabrication work based on skill levelMaintain/service plant mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems (PMs)Determine when scope of job is beyond existing skill set or requires additional support.
Assist in the training of new Maintenance Techs A, B, C and Electromechanical Techs.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three years’ experience of practical maintenance
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee frequently is required to walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
