The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for all staff and visitors. Duties Perform routine maintenance on facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals. Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory. Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate. Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Leadership skills with experience supervising or managing teams preferred. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus.
