You will provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to service calls and ensuring that all repairs are completed in a thorough and timely manner. Your specific duties in this role will include: Performing general repair including but not limited to – installing vinyl skirting and siding, repairing vinyl/laminate flooring, fixing water leaks, adjusting doors, patching/replacing sheetrock or wall panels, repairing/replacing damaged trim and cabinets Completing service requests General maintenance around the dealership – checking houses for leaks, mowing grass, assembling/moving furniture. Requirements Must be reliable, and friendly with a solid work ethic and a sense of pride in your work. You need to have a strong desire to learn new skills. We know you may not have all the experience yet, but we can teach you. You must also be organized with strong time-management skills. It is also important that you display strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as a commitment to a high level of customer satisfaction. Specific qualifications for the role include: Experience in home repair/construction fields. (the following are a plus, but not required – plumbing, electrical, HVAC, vinyl siding/skirting, sheetrock) The ability to lift and move furniture, appliances, building supplies, etc. (50 lbs.) The ability to work in extreme weather conditions: heat/cold, rain/snow Possess valid driver’s license and auto insurance Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to pass criminal background check
