The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and landscaping, with a strong focus on installing fences for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Duties Measure and mark fence lines to ensure accurate installation. Assemble and install various types of fencing materials, including wood, vinyl, and chain link. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively. Perform concrete finishing tasks to secure fence posts. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality. Conduct landscape maintenance as needed around installed fences. Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials to ensure smooth workflow on the construction site. Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment related to fence installation. Experience in frame carpentry and hardscape projects is highly desirable. Ability to weld is a plus for specific fencing applications. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
