Alamance County, Durham County, Guilford County, Wake County, Cary, Winston Salem, High Point, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Install garage doors, openers, and related hardware to ensure optimal performance safety. Diagnose and repair various garage door issues, including springs, cables, and tracks Perform regular maintenance checks and servicing to enhance lifespan of garage doors and prevent future issues. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing recommendations Maintain accurate records of repairs and installations Work closely with team members to ensure timely project completion and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in garage door installation and repair (Preferred) Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Own reliable transportation (truck w/ bed preferred) and tools necessary for the job Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently General liability and automotive insurance (required) Ability to operate a smartphone fluidly to text, upload images, and navigate through various vendor apps.
