Maintenance Technician-2nd and 3rd Shift 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Mebane, NC 27302 Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility located in Mebane, NC 27302. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining various industrial automation equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and experience in creating preventive maintenance plans. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. Perform electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions. Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems with machinery. Troubleshoot and maintain industrial automation equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime. Utilize hydraulics experience to diagnose and repair hydraulic systems. Utilize PLC programming experience to make necessary adjustments and modifications. Work in a manufacturing environment, collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals. Qualifications Strong PLC troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, able to identify and repair equipment malfunctions. Mechanical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems with machinery. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial automation equipment. Proven ability to create and implement preventive maintenance plans. Hydraulics and Pneumatics experience, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex systems. PLC programming experience, able to make necessary adjustments and modifications. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
