Experience:

Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining robotics and/or industrial automation, pneumatic conveying systems, and flow wrapping machines is required.

Education:

High school diploma or GED is required. Associate’s degree in Mechanics, Electricity/electronics, Pneumatics, Industrial Systems, or Industrial Automation is preferred.

Day Shift, 6:30am-7:00pm (2,2,3 Schedule•) Greene Resources is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance according to prescribed procedures and guidelines. Assist with hands-on intervention in case of malfunction of machines and utilities. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems. Provide ongoing maintenance and support to production machinery, manufacturing equipment, and other equipment. ⁠Assist in the development and implementation of technical projects. Change, adjust, and fine-tune packaging machines. Monitor equipment operability after changing the machine settings or other maintenance activities. Assist with the inventory management of spare parts

Position Requirements:

Forklift/lift truck experience.. Prior work experience in a food processing or food production environment is strongly preferred. Proficient in the maintenance of production equipment. Siemens or Allen Bradley PLC knowledge. Knowledge of high-voltage AC and low-voltage DC electrical systems. Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of mechanics and basic troubleshooting. Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. Understanding of root cause analysis. •The 2-2-3 schedule is a rotating shift pattern where employees work rotating 12-hour shifts. This cycle repeats every two weeks, providing a mix of weekdays and weekends off.
