Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Tech include but are not limited to:

Essential Duties/Description of Job:

Upkeep Administrator for Maintenance complications. Adds new equipment and maintenance intervals to Upkeep when needed. In charge for monthly and longer maintenance. Performs basic electrical work and any building maintenance needs. Interprets the owners and maintenance manuals, and parts schematics. Maintenance Tech also welds and is a pipe fitter when needed. Contacts Maintenance Suppliers and Maintenance Tech Support when needed.

Punctual. Able to work in a production type environment. Positive Attitude. Work well with others. Follow verbal instructions and directions. Works varying and extended hours when needed.
