Schedule:
Team members will be required to work a 7AM – 3PM or 1PM – 9PM shift, with weekends and holidays included.
What will you be doing?
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform basic drywall, painting/staining, wall vinyl repairs, and plumbing tasks like drain cleaning.
- Maintain guestroom and public space equipment, change filters, replace caulk, tile/grout, and repair doors, including locks and hinges.
- Inspect rooms for pests, replace cosmetic appliance components, light bulbs, and ballasts, and repair closet/drapery tracks and furniture.
- Complete scheduled maintenance, replace faulty plumbing components, and ensure all equipment and tools function accurately.
- Maintain clear communication with engineering leadership, keep detailed records in English, and assist other maintenance staff on special projects.
What are we looking for? - 0-6 months of previous experience.
- Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull, and lift/carry items frequently throughout the workday.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
