Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, shampooing, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs and window cleaning. Performs routine inspections as assigned, including inspection of air conditioning equipment, furnace systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, regular wear and tear, windows, doors, locks, and smoke detectors. Removes trash from premises and assists in emergency cleaning. Carpentry work where needed Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work. Maintains assigned equipment in good working condition. Other tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a North Carolina background check and drug test. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Able to work independently. Adaptable to work environment. Must have basic HVAC knowledge 3 to 5 years of experience needed. Effective written and verbal communication skills

Pay:

$16 to $21 per hour based on experience

Up to 40 hours a week, Monday through
