The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that projects are done correctly. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently at times. Responsibilities Perform installation of new showers, bathroom equipment, plumbing fixtures… Have experience with power tools Understand and be willing to figure things out Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of various tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Valid driver’s license is required.
