As a General Foreman, you will play a crucial role in supervising and executing various landscape maintenance tasks, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities Supervise and train crew members on landscape maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, debris management, pruning, and basic irrigation management. Complete daily and weekly production assignments efficiently. Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials as needed. Schedule and monitor daily work, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Participate in safety meetings and ensure safe operation of equipment and vehicles. Maintain excellent customer relations and communicate effectively with clients. Prepare timesheets and other necessary paperwork. Maintain clean and organized work areas, equipment storage areas, and vehicles. Identify and offer solutions for any turf and ornamental concerns. Qualifications Valid NC Driver’s license. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation Pay Range:

$18 to $22.50+ hourly (depending on experience)
