Lead Window and Door Installer Asheville Window & Door, Inc. 15 Walden Drive, Arden, NC 28704 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window and Door installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of various styles of windows and doors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and be comfortable working with power tools and various materials. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Duties Install, flash and trim out Windows and Doors. Utilize power tools to assemble components and ensure proper installation techniques. Read and interpret schematics to understand installation requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites. Work as a 2 man team or as a larger group. Experience Proven experience in a construction-related field is preferred, with specific skills in power tools, assembly, and installation techniques. Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations is essential. Experience in trim carpentry or frame carpentry is highly desirable. Knowledge of glass installation processes is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are critical for success in this role.
