Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HVAC Preventative Maintenance (PM) Technician to perform scheduled maintenance on residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will ensure system longevity and performance through thorough inspections, cleaning, and basic tune-ups, and will help identify potential issues before they become costly repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, rooftop units, and ventilation systems Report any concerns or recommended repairs to service coordinators or clients Following all safety policies, including OSHA regulations Clean coils, filters, condensate lines, and other HVAC parts Listening to clients’ needs and offering effective solutions Lifting heavy equipment (50-100 lbs) and working in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas Make basic repairs or adjustments as needed during PM visits Inspect components and systems for signs of wear, damage, or inefficiency Document service findings and maintenance activities thoroughly Completing any other tasks as needed to support the team Following all safety policies, including OSHA regulations Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition

Requirements:

Honest and reliable Experienced with HVAC systems (at least 1 year of experience) Eager to Learn and stay current with the latest technologies Proud of their skills and work Friendly and Team-Oriented – able to build relationships with clients and coworkers Valid driver’s license and EPA Certification or willing to become certified Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
