The Real Estate Maintenance Technician will be responsible for disbursement and organization of company-owned equipment to the retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Process equipment orders for retail stores.
Process returned equipment.
Properly store returned equipment in the warehouse.
Light facility maintenance.
Other warehouse duties, as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate:

High School diploma or equivalent.
CDL A license is preferred.
Must be able to drive a forklift and pallet jack.
Must have general handyman expertise and knowledge.
Must have the ability to complete the physical task related to warehouse work: lifting 10-75 lbs., regularly sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and use hands to operate tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
