Industrial Maintenance Technician Position Available In Catawba, North Carolina

We are recruiting for a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for the upkeep, improvement, and efficient operation of all equipment at our facility. Key responsibilities include fabrication, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to both learn and share knowledge with others.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues. Fabricate and modify parts or equipment as needed to ensure functionality and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments and cross-train in various areas of operations. Provide training to peers and new team members within your role. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of solid experience in industrial maintenance (including machine, facility, and electrical). 3+ years of experience is preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and basic electrical troubleshooting. Proficiency in basic math and measurement tools. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
