Maintenance Technician 2.1 2.1 out of 5 stars 745 Boundary St, Newton, NC 28658 Keystone Management is looking to hire an Experienced Property Maintenance Technician in Newton, NC at our 140 unit Oakwood Apartments. Keystone also owns and managers over 500 units in nearby Morganton.. Ideal candidate should have experience in carpentry, property maintenance, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. EPA license a plus. HVAC certification a plus. Valid driver’s license required. Clean criminal record. Willing to be on call, including 24 hr as needed. Must have good communication skills and respond to tenants and vendors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Full Time Employment with generous benefits package provided by employer.
