2511 We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Preventive Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled inspections, servicing equipment, and executing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation of machinery, systems, and facilities. The goal is to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment. Job Duties•
Preventive Maintenance Technician:
Change air filters on HVAC units and other equipment as part of routine service schedules.
Oil and grease motors and moving parts to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Replace lighting fixtures and bulbs throughout the facility, including high ceilings and hard-to-reach areas.
Clean ice machines and perform scheduled sanitation to ensure health and safety compliance.
Inspect, adjust, and replace fan belts in HVAC systems, compressors, and other machinery as needed.
Document maintenance tasks and report issues or parts needing replacement.
Conduct visual inspections of equipment for wear, leaks, or potential failure.
Maintain tools and work area in clean, safe condition.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and assist in planning routine servicing.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities.

Minimal Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimal Experience:
1. One year experience in a health care setting preferred. 2. One year experience as a maintenance technician.
Other Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license, and ability to meet EveryAge’s auto insurance carrier’s standards for coverage.
