Description:

R&R Solutions is looking to hire an individual that is experienced in general maintenance of industrial equipment, and experienced in exterior/interior commercial building painting. This position will also be responsible for building and grounds care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Exterior/Interior painting- sanding, masking, mixing, priming, and application. Protect surfaces and property from damage (drop cloths, tarps, etc.) Set up and maintain equipment (scaffolding, ladders, etc.) Clean up equipment and job site Complies with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and guidelines Other duties as assigned. Based on the above essential functions this job is considered to be a safety sensitive job function.

Qualifications:

Experience in exterior/interior painting Proficiency in painting techniques (brushing, rolling, spraying) Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes Ability to prepare surfaces for painting Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment Ability to transport, handle and/or lift 75 lbs Ability to work from standing, sitting, kneeling and stooping positions Ability to always maintain safety while on the job Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Creative problem solving, ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

EducationExperience:

High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to operate a forklift is preferred
