Property Preservation Company looking for Handymen and or Contractors in (North Carolina) Cumberland county, Scotland County, Hoke County, Robeson County, Sampson County, Bladen County, areas to service Vacant properties with year-round maintenance needs such as: Securing, Lock Changes, Grass Cuts, Property Inspections, Snow Removal, Cleaning, Trash outs, Winterizations, General Property Repairs and Rehab, and more. Interested applicants must meet the following:
- Must be able to pass background check
- Previous experience in the mortgage field industry and or all previous contracting work
- Own reliable working vehicle(s) and equipment/tools to complete work (computer, smart phone, trailer, mower, ladder, etc.)
- Knowledge of industry picture requirements (before, during, and after’s of all work completed)
- Ability to work independently and follow strict due dates
- Must be organized, detail oriented , and reliable
- Appropriate insurance : General Limited Liability
