Fence Installer/Laborer NC Fencing Company Fayetteville, NC 28304 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction, particularly in fence installation. This role involves working on-site to assemble and install different types of fencing, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for building and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Install various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental. Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete installation tasks. Perform concrete forming and finishing as needed for fence posts and supports. Assemble components of fences according to specifications and blueprints. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Conduct landscape maintenance around installed fences as required. Assist with hardscape projects that may involve masonry work related to fencing. Requirements Proven experience in construction or related fields; experience as a carpenter is a plus. Familiarity with concrete forming and finishing techniques. Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to fence installation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or project plans. Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
