Goal is maintain the building and common areas to the best condition, and person must be able to work well with other teammates. Person should have basic common knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc. We are looking someone who is responsible and wants to grow within the company, and is problem solver, does not need to be micro managed. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to facilities maintenance, utilizing mechanical knowledge and schematics. Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address maintenance needs. Ensure that Brand Standards are adhered to Quarterly preventative maintenance followed and documented Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain a safe working environment. Document maintenance activities using CMMS and assist in supervising maintenance staff as needed. Qualifications Able to communicate and work alongside Housekeeping and Maintenance Manager Strong mechanical knowledge Experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret schematics Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and welding Knowledge of CMMS and experience with ohmmeters Customer service orientation and experience in residential painting
