Job Summary:

As a Property Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls, ensuring quick and efficient resolution. Work independently and as part of a team to complete repairs and improvements on time and within budget. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job completion status. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, property managers, and team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Handyman, or similar role. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (Truck, Van, SUV) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
