Certification Communication skills Full Job Description Keystone Management is looking to hire an Experienced Property Maintenance Technician in Hope Mills, NC where we own and manage two properties totaling 100 units. Properties include Pineridge Manor Apartments and Pine Chase Apartments. Ideal candidate should have experience in carpentry, property maintenance, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. EPA license a plus. HVAC certification a plus. Valid driver’s license required. Clean criminal record. Willing to be on call, including 24 hr as needed. Must have good communication skills and respond to tenants and vendors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Full Time Employment with generous benefits package provided by employer.
