What We’re Looking For:
Solid experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, unit turns, groundskeeping, and amenity care A strong team player with a customer-first mindset Someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept property CPO and CFC certifications are a plus, but not required Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are a must
