Job Description
Maintenance Technician Experience Preferred 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars Corolla, NC Brindley Beach Vacations is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs to homes in our property management program located in the areas of Nags Head to Carova North Carolina.
Job Qualifications:
Must have experience in minor building, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted Effective written and oral communication skills Be able to work well with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified instructions Perform other maintenance duties as requested Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass background check
