This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, with the ability to lead projects and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems. Utilize schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Lead and mentor junior maintenance staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols. Engage in residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Fabricate parts or components as required for repairs or improvements. Operate tools such as ohmmeters and logic controllers to troubleshoot electrical problems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus. Experience using schematics for troubleshooting is essential. Ability to operate tools such as ohmmeters, logic controllers, and welding equipment is preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage projects effectively. Excellent communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with team members and clients.
