In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and safety within our facility.

Responsibilities:

Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance (PMs) on all mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, including but not limited to conveyors, wrappers, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, electric motors, gearboxes, extruders, controls, and PLC equipment. Ensure strict compliance with Lockout/Tagout requirements and all other applicable safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Troubleshoot and work on system peripherals of PLC controls, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. Conduct daily walk-throughs of the facility, actively identifying deficiencies and initiating prompt corrective actions to prevent downtime and maintain equipment integrity. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to accurately document all maintenance and PM actions, as well as track parts usage.
