Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks such as: Hanging pictures, painting walls, unclogging drains Shoveling snow and placing ice during inclement weather Moving furniture and assisting with office setups Conduct routine safety checks: Flush and inspect eye wash stations and safety showers Support fire inspection readiness and documentation Escort vendors and inspectors (e.g., pest control, fire marshal) around the site Assist with light plumbing and electrical tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, clearing sink drains) Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas Support documentation and invoice approvals for assigned tasks Collaborate with skilled maintenance staff and respond to ad hoc requests

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED 1+ year of experience in general maintenance, facilities, or related field Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication
