Maintenance Technician Position Available In Durham, North Carolina

Maintenance Technician KPI Residential Durham, NC 27713 We are seeking motivated maintenance technicians to join our growing multifamily management company. We are currently looking for Team Members in Durham near Southpoint Mall! Experience in a multifamily setting is ideal – but we’ll train the right candidate!

Job Responsibilities:

Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair. Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize independently. Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems. Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas as requested by supervisor. Performs on-call and after hours emergency services as required. Provide residents with outstanding customer service. Other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License required Reliable transportation required Willing to submit to a background check A/C , EPA or HVAC certification (or be willing to obtain) CPO certification (or be willing to obtain) The ability to safely lift 60 pounds Willingness to participate in a rotating after hours on-call schedule We are a family-owned company that values professional growth and offers opportunities to advance your skills and grow within our team!
