The Maintenance Technician/Helper is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including repairs to buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and safely. Additional duties may be assigned based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

Mechanically inclined with basic technical skills Ability to operate hand tools and simple machine tools Must be able to operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts) and pallet jacks Strong understanding of workplace safety practices Able to perform all essential job functions with minimal supervision Physically capable of performing demanding tasks including: Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching Using hands and fingers to handle tools and materials Communicating clearly and hearing safety alerts

Key Responsibilities:

Perform minor and major repairs on building structures and equipment Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and facility equipment Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests Maintain a clean and organized work area after completing tasks Assist other maintenance staff or departments as needed Follow all safety regulations and company policies #GOLD
