The ideal candidate will have experience in general apartment maintenance and a broad variety of skills, including painting, demolition, and general repairs, along with basic office duties including posting Eviction Notices. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical work is highly desirable and would be considered a strong asset. This position covers multiple properties. Company paid Fuel Reimbursement Program provided to assist in travel between properties. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances. Handle apartment turnovers, including painting, drywall repairs, and other cosmetic improvements. Complete demolition and renovation work as needed for apartment units. Install and repair locks, appliances, and other systems in apartments. Address and troubleshoot maintenance requests from residents promptly and professionally. Ensure all work complies with safety and code regulations. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and common spaces. Assist with grounds maintenance and other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in apartment maintenance, general repair, or similar roles. Knowledge and experience in plumbing and electrical work is highly preferred. Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude. Ability to handle physical labor and work in various weather conditions. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:
