The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, enabling them to perform various maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring that properties remain in excellent condition and that all repairs are conducted promptly and effectively. Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including Fencing task, cosmetic tasks, and even little fencing install Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs, installations, and maintenance work. Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task. Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all work activities. Skills Proficiency in using an Ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred but not required.
