  3rd shift

• 11pm to 7am

The Opportunity:

• As Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for supportingthe operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility
• The ideal candidate must be able to conduct, maintain, test andrepair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumaticsystems and components.
• Must be able to apply knowledge ofelectrical/mechanical principles in determining equipmentmalfunctions and restore in all areas of Manufacturing.
• Primary duties include the install, start up and shut down ofequipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machineactivation and shutdown in line with OSHA requirements; informappropriate management and line mechanics of potentialelectrical/mechanical problems and inherent dangers involved andmaintain company-required performance and maintenance records foridentified equipment.
• The job also includes performingpreventative maintenance functions as directed, assistingmaintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting, andperforming other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will havea strong commitment to working safely and demonstrate the abilityto work in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong desire tolearn the maintenance of complex machinery, and have a desire toadvance within the company.

• What you need to succeed:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years’ electrical maintenance experience in industrialor manufacturing setting Military training and/or technical school preferred , but notrequired.

Computer experience/operation and PLC Programming Must be available to work 3 rd shift. Ability to maintain various manufacturing equipment, followspecific directions, and perform other duties as assigned. Ability to work safely, maintain a clean and safe work environment,and comply with all safety regulations. A thorough knowledge of electrical components and equipmentincluding the use of special instruments for diagnosticpurposes What we offer:
