The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through regular maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to both internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on various equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise. Fabricate components as needed for repairs or improvements. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and service schedules. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in facility operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist with repairs and installations. Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and testing. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on a variety of systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics for effective troubleshooting. Experience with logic controllers is highly desirable. Leadership skills to guide team efforts during maintenance projects. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Experience in residential painting is a plus, contributing to overall facility aesthetics. A proactive approach to maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring safety standards are met. Security Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen, as this job is within a Secured Facility. Secret Level Clearance will be required. Process begins after job starts.
