Make-Ready / Punch Technicians Are you good with tools? Enjoy fixing things? We’re hiring Make-Ready Technicians to help turn recently vacated apartments into move-in-ready homes. This is a great opportunity to put your maintenance and repair skills to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove trash and debris from vacated units Change or repair light bulbs, locks, and HVAC filters Install appliances as needed Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs Complete general punch list tasks to ensure apartments pass inspection Touch-up painting, caulking, and drywall repair Pressure washing and blowing breezeways and parking lots

What You Bring:
