Gastonia, NC 28052 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installer and/or a willing to learn individual with a strong work ethic and eager to learn a trade to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and installation, with the ability to read blueprints or have a desire to learn these things. This role involves working with various materials (commercial wood and metal frames & doors, door hardware, bathroom stalls, lockers, bathroom accessories) and tools to install them in commercial settings. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Interpret and work from blueprints and installation instructions to determine installation requirements. Perform commercial frame/door/hardware installation with precision and attention to detail, including bathroom partitions and accessories. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks. Assist in heavy lifting of materials and equipment during installation processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Requirements Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar role, preferably in carpentry or construction or willing to learn. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation or willing to learn Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds) as required by the job. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Full-time, Contract Pay:
$16.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
