The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various equipment and systems. This role requires hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, and the ability to analyze technical issues effectively. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Conduct inspections of HVAC/R systems and other machinery to identify potential problems. Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or modifications. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to analyze electrical systems and diagnose faults. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Document maintenance activities and report any significant findings or recommendations for improvements. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to analyze complex systems. Familiarity with HVAC/R systems is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Military experience is valued but not required; however, candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
