$25•30 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Mill Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining and repairing various types of equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and machinery, contributing to overall productivity and safety. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on assembly and machine systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Fabricate components as needed for repairs or modifications. Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access hard-to-reach areas. Conduct field service work, addressing mechanical issues at various locations as required. Troubleshoot electrical systems, utilizing tools such as ammeters to diagnose problems accurately. Execute welding tasks for repairs or fabrication of parts, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections and repairs performed. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. Industrial maintenance experience is required Experience operating scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely. Strong electrical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively. Welding experience is a plus, with the ability to fabricate parts as necessary. Previous experience as an industrial electrician is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety protocols and practices in all maintenance activities.
