Certification not required but will provide stronger consideration. Need to have good organization skills and track completed & pending projects. This is a full time job and includes but is not limited to the following: maintaining clean & neat property & grounds preventive maintenance of things like cleaning ac units, changing filters, vacuum cleaners, swimming pool maintenance, tub & tile cleaning, caulking, painting & deep cleaning guest rooms & public areas Looking for someone who can work independently and efficiently and is organized. Pay is based on experience and ability to learn necessary skills.
