This hands-on role is ideal for someone with broad maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a professional, tenant-facing demeanor. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings. Handle painting, plumbing, drywall repair, light electrical, and commercial HVAC work. Respond promptly to service requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and thoroughly. Work closely with property management and vendors to coordinate repairs and ongoing maintenance. Maintain accurate records of work orders, supplies, and equipment. Ensure properties are clean, safe, and professionally maintained at all times. Requirements Proven experience in commercial building maintenance. Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs. Valid driver’s license and clean driving records – travel between properties is required. Professional appearance and ability to interact with tenants in a courteous and respectful manner. Dependable, self-directed, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
