Maintenance Technician Pay:
$30-$36/hour Responsibilities Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all production equipment in the manufacturing departments. Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and manufacturing engineering to solve problems. Engage directly and remotely with equipment suppliers to resolve issues. Respond to spills and environmental hazards, reporting any violations to the immediate supervisor or Facilities/Environmental Coordinator. Essential Skills Fork truck and overhead crane certification. Strong computer skills. High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience. Excellent attendance and performance record in current position. Strong written and oral communication skills. Solid mechanical skills and knowledge of industrial equipment repair. Strong working knowledge of PLC Logic, NC/CNC Controls, AC/DC motor control circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, automated machining and cutting equipment, robotic welding systems, and other automated processes. Safety knowledge of electrical systems rated 460 volts 3 phase through 110 volts single phase. Understanding of control electrical circuits 120 volts through 12 volts. Knowledge of electrostatic paint processes and overhead cranes. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kernersville, North Carolina. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68640.00 – $74880.00/yr. 14% 401K match.
